The Caprai winery began in 1971 when textiles entrepreneur, Arnaldo Caprai, purchased 12.5 acres of land in town of Montefalco in Umbria. Today, the winery is considered one of the leading producers of top-quality wines in the region. The Montefalco Bianco is a blend of 50% Grechetto, 30% Trebbiano Toscano and 20% Fiano. Bright yellow in the glass, it has expressive notes of pear, banana and yellow apple with aromatic herbs on the finish.
