Previously known as Zellenberg Pinot Gris, it was forced to rename after the AC body forbid the use of the Zellenberg village as a cuvee name. The clay-marl soils of the area deliver structure and intense fruit to this wine. 2 years on fine lees impart a slightly reducted nose which is engulfed by soft, rich stone fruits and delicate spices.
