This is a classy wine from the relatively new Vitkin Winery. It is a blend of predominantly Cabernet Franc with a little Petit Verdot from a single vineyard in the Upper Galilee. It is deeply colour, with bold aromas of black cherry, forest floor, cocoa and smoked meats. It is elegant, complex and very well-balanced.
