Testalonga offers a series of wines that really push the boundaries of what is possible in South African wine. The 2021 is a densely fruited Syrah packed with dark berries, notes of lavender accompanied by herbal, earthy complexity, fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Open top fermentation, wild yeasts and lees all add to the complexity of this intriguing wine.
