A blend of 65% Petit Verdot, 30% Syrah, 2.5% Tinta de Rota and 2.5% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. The Tesalia winery is located in Cadiz, in the very far south of Spain. Warm temperatures allow the grapes to reach optimum ripeness and the resulting wines are bold, intense and concentrated - a superb accompanyment to red meat or strong cheeses.
