Proclaimed by Virgilio, co-founder of the estate, to be his favourite of all the excellent wines they produce, Syrah Per Sembre is a superb example of how well Syrah can perform in Tuscany. Spontaneous fermentation with indiginous yeasts before 20-22 months in new French oak and around eight months in bottle before release.
