Sea Smoke Cellars Ten Pinot Noir Magnum 2016
Sea Smoke Cellars are based in the Santa Rita Hills AVA, Santa Barbara, in the northern hemisphere’s southernmost grape growing region and the cool, but sunny, conditions found here are ideal for Pinot Noir. Ten is a reference to the number of clones of Pinot Noir planted in their biodynamically farmed estate vineyard. Of the two Pinots Sea Smoke produces, Ten is often the slightly more intense and more firmly structured. The 2016 is brooding and deeply concentrated with notes of blueberry, dried flowers, spices and cacao.
