Schrader Cabernet Sauvignon 2015

For more than 20 years, Schrader Cellars has been producing incredibly limited quantities of exceptionally high-quality Cabernet Sauvignon from some of California’s most legendary vineyards. The Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard could easily be classified as a First Growth equivalent and the sensational 2015 is produced from three selected blocks within it. It is incredibly intense and complex with alluring notes of plum, mulberry, crème de cassis, cinnamon, star anise, espresso and graphite. On the palate it is exceptionally rich yet exhibits beautifully refined tannins, marvellous freshness and a seemingly never-ending finish.
