A bona fide cult classic from northern Italy made by superstar winemaker Enzo Pontoni. Vinified and matured in oak barrels, Enzo coaxes a softer, savourey edge from his Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Herbal notes of mountain sage combine with a touch of peach skin and hint of citrus peel. The palate is soft, but intense and the finish is long, never losing its refreshing edge.
