A special release from the upscale Austrian distillery Rochelt, this is a unique blend of quince, Williams pear and raspberry eaux-de-vie. Distilled in 2009 and matured for a minimum of 10 years, the spirit reveals notes of honey jelly, quince preserve, baked pears and raspberry sorbet. The expression is named after the Inntal, a broad river valley situated in the distillery’s vicinity.
