Rochelt Wachauer Apricot 2016 is a premium apricot eau-de-vie from the boutique Austrian distillery Rochelt. Produced from hand-picked apricots sourced from the Wachau region of Austria. The apricots are mashed on the day of harvest in order to retain the fruit`s most delicate flavours. Following double-distillation in copper stills, Rochelt Wachauer Apricot is matured in demijohns for six years before being bottled in the iconic Rochelt flask.
