Domaine Louis Carillon Puligny-Montrachet 2008 is a mature-vintage Burgundy white wine from the Puligny-Montrachet appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Domaine Louis Carillon is a former wine estate in Puligny-Montrachet, widely regarded as one of the finest in the village. In 2010, Carillon`s sons decided to split the 11-hectare estate into separate entities, forming Domaine François Carillon and Domaine Jacques Carillon. Since the division, wines from Domaine Louis Carillon are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts alike.
