Capcanes Peraj Ha`abib is a blend of Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Carignan made under Kosher vinification rules with oversight from a local rabbi. Aged in a combination of French and American oak - this superb Montsant offers notes of ripe blackcurrent and a hint of vanillam well balanced tannin and acidity and a long finish. Drinking well now, but could age for 5-10 years.
