Cumulus by Matar is a blend of 40% Cabernet Sauvigon, 40% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, aged for 14 months in used French oak. It is fresh and well-constructed with tightly wound dark fruits, tempered tannins to give structure and overall good concentration of flavour. Drink now-2028.
