Marc Brédif has been one of the most famous producers of dry and sweet Vouvray since 1893. This is a rare release of sweet Chenin Blanc produced using a large proportion of botrytised berries. It is marvellously complex and intensely sweet, offering notes of baked quince, roasted nuts and runny honey.
