A very collectable Macallan single malt, distilled in 1954 and bottled by the now closed Campbell, Hope & King. The nose is dominated by sherry richness, with all kinds of dried fruits, mainly figs, sultanas and dates but also quince and raspberries. Sherry flavours lead the palate, followed by notes of chocolate, coffee, jammy fruits, raisins, soft spices and herbs.
