This vintage Macallan single malt was distilled on the 1st of January 1940 and matured for 50 years in ex-sherry casks. The dram was eventually bottled by Gordon & MacPhail for their ‘Speymalt’ range, at an approachable strength of 40% ABV. An incredibly rare whisky that was comes accompanied by a stunning presentation case.
