Based in the picturesque English countryside, the Lakes Distillery is a relatively new enterprise which opened in December 2014 with the vision of producing world-class spirits. Their growing portfolio includes gin, vodka and whiskies such as the ‘Whiskymaker’s Editions Reflections’. A collaboration with Michelin-starred chef Simon Rogan, it is a vibrant single malt, with notes of spiced pumpkin, apple compote, cinnamon, orange peel and floral undertones.
