Considered to be one of the most balanced vintages of the decade, Joseph Perrier Cuvée Royale 2008 perfectly reflects the style and know-how of the House. A blend of 50% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier, the wine spent at least 6 years on lees. With a dosage of 4g/L, it is towards the dry end of Brut, but filled with enticing apple and citrus flavours. Ready to drink now.
