Hermitage Sorrel 2018

Domaine Marc Sorrel Hermitage 2018 is a full-bodied Syrah red wine from the celebrated northern Rhône appellation of Hermitage. The 2018 Hermitage Rouge is produced from 30-year-old vines and is matured in oak barrels for 18 months. Hermitage is the most prestigious appellation in the northern Rhône and produces Syrah wines which are famously complex and long-lived. Domaine Mark Sorrel owns about 2.5ha of vineyards in Hermitage. The family has been producing wine here since the late 19th century.
