The `Cuvée Renaissance` from Domaine Auguste Clape hails from their younger vines, which boast an average age of 30 years. It constitutes approximately a third of their overall production. The wine presents a remarkable accessibility within just two years of being bottled, showcasing its youthful essence through dominant notes of black fruit. However, a patient cellaring period of at least five years bestows great rewards. During this time, its sturdy tannins gently soften, harmonizing with the deep flavours of stone fruits and the cooler undercurrents of granite.
