An exquisite Chilean Chardonnay, the wine takes its name from the high percentage of metamorphic rock, specifically slate (“pizarras” in Spanish) found on the estate. Expect citrus and floral notes on the nose, framed by soft notes of marzipan and nuts. The palate is dominated by its citrusy profile, together with a hint of tropical fruits, notes of toasted bread and dried fruits. An exquisite minerality lends further complexity, concluding on a lingering, elegant finish.
