Established in 1968 by Jacques Seysses, Domaine Dujac is one of Burgundy’s finest wine producers. The estate is now run by Jacques’ two sons, Jérémy and Alec, and his daughter-in-law Diana Snowden Seysses, who was born and raised in Napa Valley. Dujac has seven Pinot Noir grands cru parcels including ‘Les Échezeaux’, a prestigious vineyard which lies to the west and southwest of the Clos de Vougeot. Despite the heat of the summer, 2019 produced beautifully balanced wines, with plenty of ripe fruit complemented velvety tannins.
