Cristom Vineyards are one of the best-known producers from the Willamette Valley in Oregon and their Viognier has become a benchmark for quality, cool-climate aromatic white wines. The 2019 is vibrant and inviting with its scents of stone fruits, citrus and blossom. The palate has richness and texture but is tempered and enhanced by well-placed acidity and a lightly saline twist. This would be excellent with spicy food.
