Coleccion 125 Reserva Chivite 2004

Owned and operated by the 11th generation of the Chivite family, Bodegas J. Chivite is the oldest and most respected producer in the region of Navarra. Colección 125 was introduced to celebrate the 125th anniversary of the winery and the 2004 Reserva is a blend of 64% Tempranillo, 20% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Sauvignon from the finest plots on the Legardeta Estate. It is exuberant and rich with deep layers of black fruits, exotic spices, dried herbs and crushed minerals. Now with the perfect amount of bottle age it is silky smooth and would be ideal with roasted rib of beer.
