Domaine de Pegau is one of the finest producers of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and in the greatest vintages its wines will easily rank amongst the very best of the region. The 2016 Cuvée Réservée is a superb follow-up to the wonderful 2015 but is perhaps slightly firmer in structure and will require just a little longer in the cellar before entering its drinking window.
