Harvested by hand, this refined sparkling wine is produced on Kit’s Coty vineyard, a 95-acre vineyard on the North Downs of Kent. 100% Chardonnay, the 2015 vintage displays rich aromas of melon and peach with hints of butter and toast. Well integrated oak balances the tropical fruit on the palate resulting in an elegant freshness.
