Made from the superb 2018 vintage, Balfour Blanc de Noirs is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Pinot Meunier. Flavours of red apple and blackcurrant combine with linear, tangerine citrus, and oyster shell. This is a characteristic Balfour wine from the South East of England, with wonderful tension, vibrancy and complexity. Try pairing with roasts and duck dishes.
