Ceritas is the project of one of California’s most promising winemakers, John Raytek. His mission statement is to produce exceptional Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from vineyards in the Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley regions. The Charles Heintz Vineyard is one of Sonoma’s oldest and most historic vineyards and Ceritas shares its organically farmed portion with Littorai.
