Aged exlusively in a hogshead cask for 11 years and bottled at cask strenght, this is a peaty dream with earthiness and dark sugar on the nose. The palate brings fresher notes of ripe orchard fruit alongside yet more peat while the finish is lifted and smooth. Limited to just 137 bottles.
