Burn Cottage is a fully biodynamic 24-hectare Central Otago estate founded by the Sauvage family alongside Littorai’s Ted Lemon. The 2016 Pinot Noir is a seductive, silky and bright-fruited wine with immediate charm and appeal. It does, however, possess an innate complexity and structure that will allow this to age and develop superbly over the next decade or more.
