Situated in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Dujac is one of Burgundy’s finest wine producers. Originally founded in 1968 by Jacques Seysses, it is currently managed by his sons Jeremy and Alec Seysses, and daughter-in-law Diana. Their 2019 Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru is a multi-layered expression, releasing aromas of plums, violets and orange zest. On the palate, the medium-bodied wine is refined and well-balanced, with notes of cassis and spice, leading to a silky finish. Best enjoyed from 2029 onwards.
