Blank Bottle Winery, founded by winemaker Pieter Walser, is a boutique winery based in the Western Cape of South Africa. Known for its unconventional approach to winemaking, Blank Bottle produces limited quantities of unique wines, often changing the blend and label design each vintage. Pieter is known for crafting wines that tell a story or have an interesting concept behind them, which makes his wines distinctive and memorable. This release is a Stellenbosch Malbec, picked early so that it only reaches 13.5% ABV. It has a real minty, eucalyptus, profile over dense and darker fruit.
