A classically styled Aultmore bottled and released by Alistair Walker`s excellent indie label Infrequent Flyers. A nose of bananas and marzipan, vanilla and toffee leads into a spicy palate with hints of raisins, Demerara sugar, allspice, cloves and black pepper. The finish is yet more spice with a touch of citrus oil.
