Aubert was founded by winemaker Mark Aubert and his wife, Teresa, in 1999. They meticulously select and farm their vineyards to produce fruit of exceptional quality, resulting in world-class wines. Situated six miles from the Pacific Ocean, UV-SL is one of only a few vineyards in the far western reaches of the Sonoma Coast. The wine beautifully combines vibrant floral notes and flavours of fresh orchard fruits. It also has a distinct saline character that adds depth and complexity, making it a truly exceptional drinking experience.
