The Quarry Vineyard is a parcel of Chardonnay that has also been used by Peter Michael Winery for La Carriere and Belle Cote. This is a fully mature wine with rich notes of stone fruits, lime marmalade, lanolin and spices. It is opulently textured, with slight oiliness, but a refreshing mineral streak and a wisp of vibrant acidity.
