The 2019 Larry Hyde & Sons is a classic Carneros yet distinctly Aubert. Expect enticing aromas of lemon oil, crystallized ginger, spring flowers, crisp green pear and fresh nectarine, followed by hints of chamomile and lime zest. At the core, the wine is deep and concentrated, with incredible focus. Chalky mineral notes add length and verve on the elegant finish.
