Established in 1886 in Osaka, Akishika Shuzo is a micro-brewery which creates some of Japan’s most distinguished and sough-after sakes. The company owns around 20 hectares of rice fields, with the remaining rice sourced from 20 local farmers, all of them are organic. The Okushika expression is their signature sake and is truly one of the best in its category.
