Iconic California viticulturalist, David Abreu, produces exceptional single-vineyard wines in tiny quantities. The 2012 Cappella is a Bordeaux-blend from one of the oldest sites in St Helena and is an immense wine in all respects. Full-bodied and inky, flavours centre on cassis, chocolate, charcoal and incense. Deep, broody and expansive on the palate with great cellaring potential.
