Zyme Kairos 2019

Kairos is a unique release from Zyme Winery, which is based in the Veneto region of Italy. It is a particularly special wine as it is a blend of 15 different grape varieties, both indigenous and international. Some of the grape varieties included in the blend are Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta, Croatina, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, among others. The composition varies each year, depending on the quality and characteristics of the grapes harvested. Given the diverse blend of grape varieties and the meticulous winemaking process, the 2019 vintage of Zyme Kairos is an intriguing and complex wine with excellent aging potential.
