Zorah was founded in 2006 by Zorik Gharibian and its vineyard is situated at an altitude of 1,370 metres, close to Mount Ararat in the Yeghegnadzor Valley in south-eastern Armenia. Karasì is a dry red wine made from the country’s finest grape variety, Areni Noir, and is fermented and matured in stainless steel, concrete vats and clay amphorae, known as ‘karas’. It is wonderfully bright and aromatic, laden with red and black fruits, earthy savouriness and wild herbs.
