100% Shiraz from Australia`s Yarra Valley. The grapes come from the eight-acre Underhill vineyard, planted in 1973 on deep, grey silty-loam soils with bands of gravel. Pronounced flavours of plums and tobacco with lifted notes of violets and spice. The chewy, yet finely wrought tannins create the framework to support the juicy fruit and savoury undertones, concluding on a lengthy finish.
