The iconic Wolf Blass Black Label is not about individual regions or varieties, but rather about crafting the finest blend from South Australian vineyards. The 2005 is 51% Cabernet Sauvignon and 49% Shiraz aged in new French and American oak for 24 months. It is full-bodied, smooth-textured and dense with notes of black plum, anise, chocolate and coffee.
