The second limited edition annual FarmStock estate release from WhistlePig. The blend is 32% WhistlePig`s own darm-dstilled Rye, 45% six year old Indiana Rye and 23% 10 year old Canadian Rye. Another excellent bottling from the team at WP, notes of citrus oil and orange zest mingle with vanilla bean and a hint of fresh pear. The palate brings big spice initially, but rounds off with notes cinnamon and a woody dryness. The finish is freshly cut oak staves and a touch of white pepper.
