Reichsrat von Buhl has been a family-owned winery for more than 150 years and makes timelessly classic and terroir-driven organic wines in the German region of Pfalz. This is a bone-dry Riesling from the highly revered Jesuitengarten vineyard. It was fermented and matured in special Spessart oak and used French oak tonneaux. It was given at around 12 months in contact with the lees prior to bottling without fining or filtration.
