Homage is Trinity Hill’s flagship red made from 100% Gimblett Gravels Syrah. The 2015 is an exceptional release laden with plummy fruit, peppery spice and fragrant violet flower lift. On the palate it is medium to full-bodied, supported by silky tannins and has wonderful savoury depth, with notes of ground coffee and tapenade. A superb effort.
