The 2015 is a blend of 90% Pinot Bianco, 7% Chardonnay and 3% Sauvignon Blanc grown at up to 900m elevation. A compelling wine with gorgeous aroma offers notes of peach, honey, camomile and a whisp of smoke. Full-bodied and endlessly complex this is ready to drink but will age brilliantly.
