This is a unique wine producer from Viognier grapes grown in the saline and limestone soils of the Huasco Valley in the Atacama region of northern Chile. This wine had a solera style of ageing, whereby younger vintages are used to top up older vintages. For the 4th release, wines have been blended from the 2011 to 2019 vintages.This is a super interesting wine with intriguing notes of orange peel and pine nuts with a distinctive saline tang to the finish.
