Solaia Marchesi Antinori 2019

Marchesi Antinori Solaia 2019 is a full-bodied single-vineyard Supertuscan red wine produced in the Tuscany region of Central Italy. Solaia is the name of a 10ha southwest-facing vineyard near the Tignanello estate. It is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. The Antinori family have been producing wine in Tuscany for six centuries and have become the region`s – arguably Italy’s – pre-eminent wine producer. "This has a complex array of blackberries, black cherries, cocoa, dried herbs, slate, tobacco, olives and charred bark. Some dried roses and iodine, too.
