A bottling of one year aged Bourbon from Rock Town Distillery who are based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Buttered popcorn, maple syrup, red berries and wood shavings pop on the nose while the palate brings big oak and burnt sugar with a hint of baking spices. A long finish with toasted oak and tobacco round things off. This is a big, bold, woody Bourbon bottled at 51.7% for added punch.
